Partner Event to be held on
07 October 2014
City Hall, The Queen's Walk, London SE1 2AA
The Mayor of London’s Infrastructure Investment Plan sets out what infrastructure the city will need up to 2050, in order to continue to thrive and deal with the challenges of population growth and changing needs during that time. Given the timeframe of the strategy, another key pressure on London’s infrastructure will be climate change.
The London Climate Change Partnership gathered together experts from a variety of sectors in London to look at the draft Plan from an adaptation and resilience perspective and provide their advice.
The event comprised initial presentations, giving information about the detail of the draft Plan, followed by break out sessions by infrastructure type, where participants discussed the contents of the chapters with GLA policy staff and provided feedback and suggestions.
