UKCP18 Data Tool

We hosted a discussion with partners about the potential for a data tool to help make UK Climate Projections 2018 (UKCP18) more accessible and relevant to adaptation planning in London.
Led by TfL, the intention is to produce a resource including the RCPs/scenarios and other data relevant not only to transport adaptation planning, but to users across sectors in London. This discussion will help us determine:
- What data would be most useful for others?
- What format could the data be presented in to make it most useful?
- Where could the tool sit?
- Could we provide extra information about which scenarios to choose for particular projects?
- What would it cost and how to find resource?
Mott MacDonald joined to present a similar tool that they are developing for Network Rail, to help spark discussion.
