ICE hosted the annual Vernon-Harcourt lecture on Monday 3 February at 6pm for 6.30pm start. The lecture will be given by Dr Jonathan Simm, Chief Technical Director at HR Wallingford. The topic will be ‘Nature based solutions for flooding and coastal risk management.’
